I have not been blogging lately. I don't know why. It seems I can not get time to sit down.
I was going thru my jump drive of pictures. I have found some pretty interesting ones. Here are some from Katherine Hays.
This reminds me of the cottage. The neutral colors, the punch of blue on the prints, fabric on the accent chair and the blue accent pillow. The use of a wicker chair an wicker roman shades make this feel open and airy. This feel is continued onto the coffee table which has an open base.
Blue and White
What a great use of thise dramatic color scheme. Great whale picture.
Did you notice the accent chair carried from the games room area is made of the same material as the accent cushion that are on the couch.
Does this make you feel mellow

Amazing volted ceilings. I like the contrast of the dark furniture
against the light walls, window coverings and couches.
You would not want to put anything with color in the way of that view. It would distract you from the view - an that is what you want to see first.
Boring walls came to life!
I would be happy if this was my front entry!
Elegant with a causal feel.
Stunning! The blue chairs in this neutral palette.
Did you notice how symetrical this room is.
(my question mark is not working- sorry)
The chairs and artwoork are a great match.
