Basement Construction

Our basement is finally underway.  It has been 2 years since we moved in.  We ordered the gyproc and had it delivered about 2 months ago.  We moved everything from the basement (what could be moved) to the garage and prepared for the mess.  

We spend March break in Bethal, Maine at Sunday River Ski Resort and when we arrived home on Saturday night, we got to see our basement gyproced.  So I thought I would share a few photos with you.

I have some ideas for the posts which include a built-in bookcase from the wall to post.  This would be on both sides of the opening.
